We offer outright purchases or we can provide service contracts should you wish to choose that option instead. We appreciate different companies have different needs and have the flexibility to accommodate all your individual requirements.

Rental | Contracts

Copyfast are very flexible in the way our customers acquire their copiers.

We offer an outright purchase price complete with a full warranty.

We offer a rental/service contract on all our multifunctional machines for as little as £30 per month. This option is ideal for customers who prefer to Have peace of mind and the stability of knowing exactly what you are paying, without the surprise of any unexpected expensive repair costs, excluding toner.

This type of contract has no cost per copy maximum/minimum – so u can take as many or as few copies as you want without worrying about meter readings and hidden costs.

We also offer a contract including toner and cost per copy options.  Please ask for details if you prefer this option.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Copyfast pride ourselves on service coming first. With over 25years of experience in the copying world, we realise the importance of the continuity of care. So we assign a personal engineer that will look after each machine.
The engineer becomes part of your team, by knowing your individual machine he can provide you with the best and very personal service.
We appreciate the inconvenience of downtime so offer a same day, next day service on all machines. We also appreciate that we no longer live in a 9-5 society, so the engineer will provide you with a unique telephone service which enables us to fix machines over the phone if it is possible in order to get you back up and running as soon as possible if we can with just one call.
